Preview: More Secret of Mana Climate Crisis 2 enhancements

The development of my rom hack Secret of Mana: Climate Crisis version 2 is on good tracks. I wanted to share a little preview of some of the features this update will add.

Boss AI imporovements by Regrs

I have selected several great boss fixes by Regrs.

• Second Brambler restoration: Tropicallo and Boreal face will now be able to spawn two Bramblers. This rarely happened in the vanilla game, it is now fixed.
• Snow Dragon Frost wing: A new special attack using previously unused graphics. But since we are in Climate Crisis, Snow Dragon might have… melted.
• Hexas elemental changes: Did you know the snake lady could alternate between several elemental forms? Well, now she will shift form more frequently and her weakness will change accordingly.

Speed Up spell improvement by Moppleton

Let’s be honnest, the Speed Up spell barely did anything before. With this improvement your stamina bar will fill up twice as fast, as well as charge attacks.

Magic experience gain in towns

Magic experience gain used to be halved on maps where weapons are not allowed such as towns. I removed this limitation so you will be able to level up your magic quickly anywhere.
